So if there is a doctor, and he saved somebody last night from the mafia, where does that leave us? I can hardly keep track of who is in the game at this point. I'm also not sure that being silent or overly vocal are strong indicators of guilt. The ones who are being super quiet come off as sneaky. Orion, Jarka, Teemer, Rafael, Celena, Piper and Leo have all been abnormally quiet (as far as I have noted) and I feel like they want to let the more vocal players drive out information for them instead of putting their necks out there. Kaden and Doe could also be mafia who are trying to steer the conversation away from themselves.
