As usual, though, it's not really worth the risk to try and lynch someone on Day 1. We still run too great a risk of killing someone that would be beneficial to us, especially in a John Doe game. With his distaste for the sheriff, I assume we're working with multiple roles that gather less information instead of one that gathers lots.

I doubt there are many roles, I'd even go so far as to say their are a few without any roles other than being a townsperson.
Looks like I'm going to have to win this one for us.

Just the simple fact that John Doe is running the game implies that almost everyone will have a special role of some sort. I wonder how many monkeys there are in this game.
EDIT: Also, everyone having a role has just been the way that all of our games have been going as of late.
