What Doe said. Additionally, his skills bait people into getting killed with him. He's a bad, bad champion if you need to learn.

Well I played with Malphite.... I think 4 to 5 games so far... been using the build guide on that site, the only one I found.
Learned a few things like i should really get to understand a few items and where they are located... and.... they make health and mana potions for a reason O_O

Health and Mana pots are awesome early game. You'll see a lot of differing opinions about whether or not buying pots is just wasting gold. As long as you remember to use the pot and gain the full amount of health from it, none of your gold is wasted.

Absolutely loving jungling with Lee Sin now that I'm decent with him. Still have a lot of room for improvement though.

You are a beast in the jungle. I always feel safe knowing you're running around in the background.

Learn to spell shield. That'll be the single most important skill you acquire.
Cool thing is, it'll transfer over to other champs too.

Holy shit I love Sivir... played a Bot game and though I didnt really use the Spell Sheild, and the W seemed kind of pontless, and the Q and R were awesome.

Sivir's W makes her one of the highest-dps champions in team fights. It gives her almost unrivaled pushing power, too.
Against bots you won't notice it too much, no, but it is a very useful skill. Most CC effects are attached to pretty slow/obvious particle effects, making it useful for preventing that Taric stun or that Ashe arrow. If you play enough, you'll just get a feel for when someone is going to try and CC you (there's a reason most Annies flash+stun: it's pretty damn obvious when it's coming) and you'll find the Spell Shield that much more useful.
Bloodthirster is a really good item on Sivir, since she can kill minions really fast to get all that bonus Attack Damage and Lifesteal. Some people also get Warmog's Armor for the same reason, but I don't recommend starting with that. Her Q only scales off of bonus Attack Damage, so it's really helpful to get some damage before building defense.
Because of her shield, her passive, and her ultimate, Sivir can also afford to itemize for raw AD moreso than other ranged champions.

Yeah I'm starting to love the W after catching a huge wave. Toggle the W, use the Q and watch everyone around continue to lose health and the Last hit gold rack up. Think I need to get the Top or Mid to practice the Spell Shield. I think I actually used it once. But I'm trying to figure out if it will work against someone like WW's physicals attacks?
The basic Build I've been working for her is Dorans Blade, Berserker Greaves, that Mana chalice for the mp5, and Blood Thirster. The guide doesn't suggest the mana chalice but it also suggests Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancer, but the game doesnt last that long... Is that a good?

Yeah, that looks like a fine build. I'd suggest something defensive like a Banshee's Veil if you find you die a lot or don't have the timing on your Spell Shield down.
A lot of guides won't recommend Chalice because mana regen is commonly considered a worthless stat. I definitely disagree with that. If you like to spam your spells a lot and have mana issues, or if you don't have runes/masteries, then the Chalice is a great item. Low cost, gives some defense, and you don't have to worry about MP for the rest of the game.
Last Whisper is also a pretty good item for Sivir, since her W will let her hit everyone, you can off-set the damage reduction per-bounce with armor penetration. It will also apply to her Q.

Are you sure about the W and Last Whisper? It says only the first hit proc's item effects.

Last Whisper isn't a proc. Armor pen is a regular stat like AD or AS
