SO I'm wondering if this is gonna be another Mana free champion just by looking at Frenzy.I'm not sure if it gives him a chance to rapidly attack 4 times and if successful bite the foe(Like Xins triple talon strike) or if it has a passive that increase his attack speed with each hit for a duration then and after every 4th attack, it is proc'd and can bite the foe.

To me, it sounds like he will gain attack speed with consecutive hits (like Jax's ult) and then be able to cast the spell to bite someone every fourth hit.

Nothing in what they revealed suggests no-mana to me, though.

Alistar is an asshole and I love it. Was bot with an Ashe vs. Kennen and Lee Sin. Ashe farmed all phase while I went toe to toe with the enemy every last hit they wanted. That one? oh, I healed just there, sorry. Oh, that one? whoops, hit me instead. Oh, that juicy cannon minion? HEADBUTT. Philo Stone and my E made me pretty much invincible for those trades, ending in one farmed as fuck ashe, two starved energy champs, and the power of gp5 keeping me competitive. Max cdr+alistar=awesome

I encountered a jungle Skarner on the good ol' solo queue. He crushed us hard, fast, and pretty (though that was mostly because I was jungle Shen on a team filled with loud idiots, which makes me an idiot too). We had a conversation afterwards about builds and masteries n stuff. He said he goes 4/17/9, specifically taking all the speed increase shit in defense and utility. I have no idea why he took any points in offense, but I tried out his masteries (putting the 4 points on offense into defense) and it turned out really well.

Wanted to run this by Tryg or anyone who jungles Skarner about what they think is better. Before this I was running 14/15/1.

I run 9/21/0 on my jungle skarner atm, though I've given thought to switching to 0/21/9, also considered 0/30/0 as well. Skarner doesn't really need much or anything at all in the offense tree, I just stick with 9/21/0 atm because I'm too lazy to switch my masteries around all the time and that's my "tanky jungle" mastery page.

As for what he took in offense, I'm fairly certain he took the 4 AP points for early clear time (considered doing this as well, but not necessary honestly, though it does speed you up a bit.) The increased buff duration helps, but again I tend to skip it because of how often I donate buffs to others.

But yes, 4/17/9 is decent for Skarner, though pretty much anything deep in the defense tree is good for him. He gets so damn tanky.
