I've thought about this. I've seen people name Yi, Tryndamere, Jax, Nasus, etc., as when describing them as being able to beat anyone in 1v1.

But the question is... WHO is the number one guy that can't be beat 1v1? Who is the top dog? I must know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

uhhh, this isn't really an easy question to answer. What level are the champs? What gear do they have? Is it a duel and we're just running at each other or does one champ get the jump on another?

I don't really think there is a number 1 1v1 champ, just some that are really good at it.

I vote trynd. No one has a 6 second CC, and that much extra time in a 1v1 is pretty much gg

If we're talking about equal farmed characters, in a 1v1 only situation. Then it's going to be Trynd, Poppy, and Leblanc.

He has an ult that lets him not die for 6 seconds and crits forever and always at 1 health. In team fights he'll be CC'd to hell and back, but 1v1 he's near impossible to beat.

Unless you are Heimerdinger (or Poopy I guess).

yeah, a fight between a decked trynd and decked singed would either never end with trynd farming minions for hp or he'd lose without minions

So, yeah, I don't really think there is a champ that can't be beaten 1v1. Every champion will have one or two others that just counter them very, very, well in a 1v1 situation.

Champs like tryndamere probably have the shortest list of those champs, however.

Sword of the Divine just solves the problem all too easily if they're all decked out. If Tryndamere gets all those attacks up (say Jax jumped and initiated on Trynd) he'll probably swiftly get floored if Trynd just gets a little lucky with crits.

I mean it really all depends on item builds but I believe in a game where they both started 1v1 (knowing the opponent from get go), get 6 item'd, I believe Tryndamere would probably end just about 95% of all the champions. There lacks crowd control items for them to be able to tame Tryndamere with the new ("old)" cleanse and the quicksilver sash.

The thing is, though, Jax (and also Olaf) after going to be attacking with some insane attack speed and regaining health like they are the returns service after Christmas. Its really hard to say, with that matchup.
