For jungling, 21/0/9 and start with an amplifying tome is probably fine. W > Q > E for skills. Haven't done him in the new jungle, though.

He can be very in your face, especially with smartcasting. E, Q, W combo will have a champ completely helpless while the laners help smack them around. You don't just have to wait for your ult for a gank, although perfect timing on that feels [I]so good.[/I]

I don't see how it's far off though. Considering Pantheon's most useful skills are single target, wouldn't it be really easy to just bait him into using one on the clone and then WK can just lay down the smackdown?

Aegis blocks Q. Wukong's E dash cast animation makes him subject to an entire HSS cast. His stealth is on a higher cooldown than the total CD of 4 or 5 spears. His ult is good against Pantheon, but that's as far as he goes in terms of countering Pantheon.

But the E gives him attack speed sufficient enough to dash up and hit once then use Q as it resets his attack animation and can't the W be used to block any damage attempt with the Aegis if the Wukong with a 5 sec difference and presumably no CDR on either (considering they both use mana like a motherfucker).

I dunno, I can see Wukong take Panth. I just did a Wukong against Yorick though, fuck Yorick. Yorick can fuck right off back into never getting played again so I don't have to fight him.

Wukong E's Panth, I cast my HSS as his animation casts, WK normal attacks once to break passive, I W him and regain passive, spear him and auto attack him. His Q hits my second passive proc. I spear him again as he backs away from the exchange or he uses W to run away. Who do you think wins trade?

Yorick is amazingly powerful in lane. Amazingly. afterwards he's eh depending on whether he got fed in lane, but there isn't a long list of people who beat his lane.
