1) First and foremost, why should you be selected to play?


The reason that I believe that I should be selected is because I am a hard worker and great people person.




2) What qualities do you possess that will make you the Idol?


I am a people person. I am able to tell them straight up, yet in a way that they can understand.




3) Tell me any previous experience you have with running an RPG. Included should be the name of the RPG, the genre, and how long it lasted.

4) Finally, you need to write a short essay/description (200+ words) of what you feel being a staff member of Chubbs is all about. What do you think is nessecary, what do you think has to be done. Be detailed, as much as you can. Don't kiss our asses, we arn't looking for compliments.




A good staff member needs to know when to stop something, when to warn someone, and when to allow something. I think I can do this. However, it may take me some time to adapt to your ways of being a staff and everything, but I think in the long run I can be very useful. Also, I wanted to just help make this already famous RPG better.

I think that the members respect me enough, so that should be to my advantage. I have all of the IMs (excluding ICQ) so if a member has a problem; I am usually available to help out in any way possible. I can easily be strict at times, or be lenient if needed. However, most of the time I am strict when it comes to RPs.

I am not going to write anymore about kissing your asses and stroking you guys. I am who I am, and that?s the simple fact. With me you?re going to get someone that can basically adjust to any situation.

So if you pick me, then ?yay?, but if you don?t then whatever. It doesn?t really matter to me, but hey, I would love to be picked, so yeah.

I mean, I would like to be a staff member, but I won't be too disappointed if not chosen.
So to say that it doesn't matter to me was srong, it does matter, but I won't like...go crazy to be one. It's only a job. Sorry about that confusion.

Your application is pretty skimpy. You haven't said anything that really leapt up and knocked me off my chair.

Yes, you desire to be Staff. Yes, you say you're a good people person. Yes, you have a general idea of what a Staff person needs to do. But that's all I see.

Yeah, maybe I should have put forth more effort in my application. Hell, even elaborate on some of my answers. I'll admit that much. But when I saw Kilah get in I thought "Piece of cake." Maybe I was wrong.

If you want, you can re-do the first two answers. That'd help your case immensely, because the answers you told gives me nothing no one else can't offer.

I think I should be selected because I would definately make this whole thing interesting and might even surprise some people on the challenges I heard there will be. With my knowledge and understanding I think that some of the challenges I will be able to easily strive in.




2) What qualities do you possess that will make you the Idol?


I am a people person who can relate to basically any situation, making it understanding and simple for the person. Also, I am an experienced staff member on countless sites and have proven to be trustworthy and overall great person to work with. I have been known to be playful at times, but I think that everyone should be, so I don't think it is a big deal.

DBZ Apocalypse died after about 4 months of me tolerating the members.

And I am a staff member on many sites, but you only told me to list the ones that I had owned.

And countless isn't really the word, it is more like...5.

Also, I have assisted webmasters iwthout being on their sites.

Very true. I wanted my RPG to work, but I could have tried harder. Maybe assigning some staff members could have helped. I was basically a one man army out there, and that might have been the downfall of the RPG.

Well, I closed that site a long time ago. Like...1 maybe 2 years ago, so I am not really an independant type of person now. I am willing to ask for help and even give some.
