We really can't tell what will happen till we recieve news from Reijin about his success in contacting VJ. I seriously hope he get's a hold of him though, I really do. =\

The '=)' and '=o' should have given it away, but I was joking. I'm not negative. I'm not positive. I'm neutral. Seriously. If he comes back, great. If he doesn't, we change servers. Yeah, we lose stuff, but we can fix it. I, for one will keep RPing here even if no-one comes to the site any more.

No offense but VJ did not keep this place running, if anything, it was Rei/Rad and a few other vets. VJ hosted it, did a little coding, and made the training script. He didn't sit around and do RPs, or grade things, or moderate the boards. He came around after months of disappearance, said no and yes to things, then disappeared again.

Frankly, I don't know what to think of him.

You payed for the files. To use them once. If you're using them for your RPG, then you can't give them to another person. It's illegal.

Their version meaning the one Uub gets (if he does).

Tooro, VJ has only been the owner of this site for three years and he was only on staff for a few months before that. I'm not trying to belittle what VJ has done for Chubbs, but you make it sound like the site is only here because of him.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the training script, I don't think this RPG would be as good as it is, but that's just my opinion...so big props to VJ there.

I have a full BB2.3.3 that I bought, you guys can use it if you want, that way you don't have to buy a new one.

Or at least we'll have a good forum until version 3 comes out.

I don't mean to be a bitch, but I'm sick of reading "I'll buy hosting" or "I'll buy boards" because, well, for the moment we have things covered. We will seriously contact people if we need the help, but reading the same offer more than 5 times makes some people look like they want to look important.

Sooner the better, really. I just blew 52 TP into my int.

As for my stand on VJ, I don't think he's deliberately vindictive, he just ... doesn't make that much of an effort, either. He has done a lot for this RPG, but unfortunately he doesn't know when to pass the baton of leadership. He'd rather just keep it to himself, whilst he's not even visiting the site. It's harmful to the RPG as a whole, and seriously annoying.

I didn't take it the wrong way 18, but unless people speak, then no one is going to know. And if we wait for the last second, then it's not going to happen. This is probably the reason everyone keeps offering. We all feel like this is our home, so we all want to help out, to just sit around and wonder if everyone really has a back up plan and knows that what they plan to do is going to work, well, that's a scary thing. Actions speak much louder than words and from the sounds of it, things are working forward, but all this backing up, it's not going to do much unless you have hosting. Hosting's not going to happen unless people know what hosts are better than other, IE: Excell is probably the best host available. And there was talk of people buy a burning board, so I offered to give one for free, if we hadn't mentioned it, money would have been spent when it didn't have to.

Oh, and sources say that the money is due by the 27th of August...just thought I'd let you guys know.
