Android 14
#1
Character: Android 14

Email: Retricnrive@hotmail.com

Fighting Style: Stylish, fluid and very unpredictable; like an ever changing dance, agressive one moment, defensive the next, sometimes merciful, sometimes utterly ruthless.

Planet: Earth

Starting Moves:

Flash Shield: A sphere of ki energy encircles Android 14 for a split second, attempting to reflect/disperse energy attacks, also emits a blinding flash of light that can blind any onlookers momenterialy. The shield can be held for a longer period of time, but requires extreme focus and energy expenditure.

Retractable Rocket Punch/kick: Android 14 directs a clenched hand or pointed at the target and lets loose his metal fist or foot in a burst of ki energy and rocket-propelled energy. The feet and hands are attached to the stubs of his arms by a very strong, tensile and extremely thin cable, and can be retracted at a speed of 100 meters per second.

Serpent Blast:
One of 14's most often-used attacks, Serpent Blast allows the machine-hybrid to fire a beam of Red-Black-coloured energy from his outstretched palms. The notable feature about this beam is that its direction can easily be changed and controlled, so that it weaves through the air like a snake. Continuing to channel energy into the beam will, of course, drain 14's stamina.

Other information: I actually joined Chubbs around mid last year, but ended up discontinuing due to lack of time (exams; final year of high school). But I promised my friend Super Buu I'd come back after the year ended. I'm also the guy with the Cat called Daeg Waedos. 8)

I'm going to continue my original storyline as I'm a sucker for sticking with most of my ideas. So I'll write up the next bit as my example piece.

Pain.

Fear.

Curiosity.

These three things had dominated his thoughts for the past three days, his mind just as confused as he was when he first woke up in the rubbish dump, and had neither slept nor stopped his travelling. He was slowly growing tired, though, and thirsty. He couldn't stop, not for a moment, not for a breath nor a single thought about what was going on. Just walk, walk until he found what he needed... Found what he was looking for. He had eaten just once, a fat plains mouse had stopped for just a bit too long in the path of the striding Android, and had been swept up and eaten as he walked, walked, walked.

But he couldn't walk forever. No one could.

Pain still throbbed from the tear in his side. Fear still bit into his single mindedness like a viper; fear of what would happen if he stopped walking, if he didn't find what he needed to find. Curiosity in what had happened... and what was still to come.

He had slowly sifted through his recollections and separated what he knew and what he thought he knew. He knew that he was changed from what he was. He knew that he was no longer just human; that he was some sort of mechanically enhanced cyborg. He thought his life was saved, he thought he was once a soldier. What he didn't know, though, was who he was or where he was.

And that... That was why he walked.

As he continued he studied himself, his altered body, as best he could while moving. His arms from the fingertips to elbow were a shiny silver metal, still dirty and grimy from the rubbish dump, and flowed smoothly to fit onto his fleshy upper arms and shoulders. His hands seemed to only be attached to his arms in the middle of the limb, like a donut turned inside-out. His head seemed to be skin grown over a mixture of flesh, bone and metal. His left eye, still identical to its twin, was cybernetic and could move independantly of his other eye. His torso was like his face, but it seemed that most of him was still flesh with new metal bones and ribs. He obviously had a heart and stomach still, but his chest no longer expanded as he breathed, as if his lungs were gone. There was one moment of brief panic when exploring further down towards his legs, but he relaxed as soon as he checked. His legs seemed to be in the same condition as his arms, the shins and feet metal and his thighs left untouched.

His hair still grew, in a long braided ponytail from the back of his head. It was the only thing that seemed untouched... But unnatural now.

Even as the sun began to set once again, he never paused in his stride, his eyes still focused on the ever growing smudge across the plains. Still focused on what he would find... Or what he wouldn't find.
