Aside from the obvious ones already mentioned.

Tapion vs Minoshia.

Quality wise, I'd be dead in a heart beat. But for story progression I think it'd be great, killing off his own flesh and blood, the only real connection he had with normalcy would be a great way to completly throw Minoshia's character into an ultimantly dark state. Right now he's evil, but killing his bro would make him like...uber evil!
