Rebby's Big Brother 8 (Ep 1.1)
#1
Yo dudes, my friend Tom and I wrote this fan fiction for another board, and we're almost done with the second season. I decided to post it here. It's pretty easy to follow, as it's written in script format.

I already wrote it, so I don't have to do any work. Comment if you do bother reading it.

Here's the cast bios. Enjoy. Or Don't.

Single

Biography

Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Allen Armstrong often refers to himself as a "nerd" or a "geek". He has had a strong interest in computers since he was a young child. They always fascinated him, and he always wondered how they operated. So it was no doubt that he would end up becoming a computer engineer.

Allen attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, a private school located in his hometown of Chicago. He made the Dean's list every semester and graduated with summa cum laude honors. Many of his friends claim he is the smartest person they've ever known. Despite all the recognitions, awards, and compliments he's received over the years, Allen is a very humble and modest person who never likes to brag. In addition to his interest in computers, Allen claims he is addicted to video games. His favorites include the ever-popular online role-playing game, World of Warcraft, the classic game of Tetris, and the strategy game, Starcraft. ANNIE MAYS
33
School Nurse
Knoxville, TN
Married

Biography

Annie Mays was born and raised in Knoxville, TN, where she still resides today. She is the youngest of six children, and the only female child in her family. Growing up, she was a bit of a tomboy. She was the star of her high school softball team and received a college scholarship for it. However, Annie developed an interest in medicine shortly after graduating from high school, so, instead of playing softball, she chose to go for a medical degree. She received one after fully completing her schooling, and she currently works as a school nurse.

While in medical school, Annie met a man named Norman Mays, and the two fell in love almost instantly. They married while they were still in school and bought a house after graduating. Norman is currently having trouble finding a job, so as of now, Annie is the sole provider for her family.

Annie says that if she didn't pursue nursing, she would have liked to become a chef. She has always loved to cook, ever since she took a cooking class early in high school. Annie often watches Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals to get some pointers. "I think my experience with cooking will work to my advantage in the house," says Annie. "Everyone loves a great cook!"

Annie's birthdate is August 4.

BENSON MERCER
30
Pastor
Miles City, MT
Married

Biography

Benson Mercer was born in Hanover, Jamaica. He attended high school there, but came overseas to the United States to attend college. He started off studying business, but at around the age of 22, he claims he received a calling from God, and so he dropped out of school and pursued his dream of becoming a pastor. During this process, he became an official citizen of the United States. Now, at the age of 30, he preaches at a First United Methodist Church in his hometown of Miles City, MT.

At the age of 28, Benson met and fell in love with a woman named Maggie, who shared his interest in religion and Christianity. The two were married a year later, and Maggie now works as a Sunday School teacher in Benson's church.

Benson feels that he will stand out in the Big Brother house, because there has never really been anyone so passionate about the Lord before. "I know this game is full of sin, full of lies, full of deceit," he says. "But I am doing this to prove something to myself and to the whole world; that you can succeed in this game without doing any of those things."

DEBBIE ACKERLEY
29
Nanny
East Orange, NJ
Single

Biography

Born and raised in New York City, Debbie Ackerley has always stood out in a crowd, even when she was a young child. Many who know her say she is the most outspoken, blunt, say-it-to-your-face person they've ever met. And Debbie herself doesn't disagree. "People either love me or hate me, there's really no in between," she says.

Debbie does claim to have a soft side, though, especially when it comes to love. She had a long-term boyfriend of 12 years, but they recently split up due to financial problems. Neither of them had high-paying jobs so they knew that they would have a difficult time with marriage. Ever since the breakup, Debbie has grown more and more frustrated. She has gone through several jobs, but can't find one that's good enough for her. She currently works as a nanny, which provides a decent salary, but she knows that she won't be able to live off of it.

All the problems that Debbie has had to face in her life most likely contribute to her fiery personality. "Sometimes I say things that I know are mean and harsh, but I'm just the kind of person that needs to say what's on my mind, no matter how much it might offend someone else," she says.

Debbie currently lives alone in an apartment complex with one cat, Snickers. Her birthdate is November 1.

DYLAN DIMSDALE
25
Football Player
San Antonio, TX
Single

Biography

Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, Dylan Dimsdale has always been very passionate about football. His father was one of the stars of his college team, and his grandfather played for the NFL for several years, so football has played an important role in Dylan's life from the beginning. He joined a junior football league at the age of five, and since then, he has grown to love the sport.

During his first year at college, Dylan immediately joined the school team and, like his father, quickly ended up becoming the star. Another star of the team was Dylan's best friend and roommate, Joe Whitney. Their dream was to go into the NFL together and play for their favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles. However, sudden tragedy struck Dylan's life when Joe was killed during the September 11 attacks. For a while, Dylan was tempted to quit the team and never play football again, as it reminded him so much of Joe. But he soon came to realize that he needed to continue playing for his departed friend. He knew that Joe wouldn't want him to quit. Now Dylan is more passionate about the game than ever.

Dylan currently has a girlfriend, Maria. They have been dating for a year, although Dylan is still not quite sure how serious the relationship is. "I love her and everything, we go really well together, but since we've only been together a year, it's a little too soon to tell if she's really the right one for me. Only time will tell, I guess," he says.

Currently, Dylan lives alone in a small house only a few blocks away from his childhood home in San Antonio. His birthdate is January 3.

JOEL McCULLOUGH
23
Lifeguard
Los Angeles, CA
Single

Biography

Joel McCullough was born in Los Angeles, CA, and has lived there all his life. He absolutely loves it in L.A. and never plans to move. "I've been to a lot of big U.S. cities in my lifetime, and let me tell you, L.A. is more fun and exciting than all of them combined," he says.

Joel attended UCLA for four years, majoring in biology. He recently graduated from the college with a bachelor's degree, but his dream is to become a marine biologist. Since he was a kid, he loved going to the beach, and over the years developed a huge interest in aquatic life. In the near future, Joel hopes to attend graduate school and receive a Master's degree in marine biology.

Ever since middle school, Joel was known as the biggest flirt of all his peers. From the sixth grade up to his senior year in college, he's had a total of 18 different girlfriends. None of them have been anything serious, however; the longest relationship he's ever had lasted only eleven months. "Yeah, people call me a ladies' man, and I really can't deny it. I mean, 18 girlfriends in the last ten years, that's a lot. I'm not gonna go into the house to hook up, but will I flirt with the girls? Hell yeah I will, it's just part of who I am," he says.

Joel currently lives in an apartment with his brother, Blake. His birthdate is March 15.

Born and raised in Staten Island, NY, Joyce Burris is this season's oldest housemate at the age of 44. She has been happily married to her husband, John, for 20 years, and she has three children. Her oldest son, Sam, is 16 years old, and her twin daughters, Katie and Lisa, are 10 years old. Joyce's husband mostly provides for the family, but she has a small job as a high school driver's education teacher. "I do it to keep myself occupied, really," she says. "And I relate well to the high school kids. I'm really just like a teenager at heart."

Joyce admits she had it very easy as a child, growing up in a rather wealthy family that could always provide for her. Shortly after moving out and truly being on her own, Joyce realized that life wouldn't be so easy. She never attended college; instead, she lived with two of her best girlfriends in an apartment complex and worked as a florist. MADELYN O'NEAL
22
Student
Chesapeake, VA
Single

Biography

Born in Nashville, TN, Madelyn O'Neal is the typical Southern belle. During high school, all the boys wanted to date her, and all the girls wanted to be her friend. She was rather spoiled as a young girl as well, and she's not afraid to admit this. "Oh yeah, I know I'm a spoiled, stuck-up rich girl. But I guess that's just what makes me unique, right?" she says.

In addition to her popularity, Madelyn was also one of the biggest flirts in her hometown, and had quite a few boyfriends during her high school years. After a while, some of her peers started referring to her as a "slut" or a "whore", which deeply upset her. After that, she tried her best not to flirt with anyone, because she didn't want people to see her as someone she wasn't. "I'm just a natural flirt, y'know? If I see a cute boy, I'm gonna flirt with him, that's just the way I am," she says.

Madelyn has been a huge fan of the Big Brother series. She has watched every episode of every season to date, including the not-as-popular first season. She knows exactly how the game works and exactly what kind of strategies work and what kinds don't. Madelyn considers herself the Big Brother Expert. In fact, she applied for the last three seasons, and is ecstatic to have finally made the cast.

Her birthdate is January 22.

NIESHA VALDEZ
21
Makeup Artist
Malakoff, TX
Single

Biography

Niesha Valdez was born and raised in Austin, TX, and has lived quite a rough life for only 21 years old. When she was just six years old, her 16-year-old brother, Rico, died of leukemia. Both of her parents fell into a deep depression after his death; her mother attempted suicide several times, while her father turned to alcohol. As Niesha grew up, her father became an alcoholic, and would physically beat both Niesha and her mother on a number of occasions. On one night that will always stand out in Niesha's memory, her father hit her mother so hard that she fell down two flights of stairs. Her mother fell into a coma and passed away two weeks later, while her father was sent to prison.

At the age of 18, Niesha met and fell in love with one of her classmates named Jimmy. Neither of them went to college after graduation; instead, they moved in together. Only two months after their high school graduation, Niesha became pregnant. Because the couple was not married and had hardly enough money to support only themselves, Niesha saw no other choice but to have an abortion. "That decision changed my entire life. It had a huge emotional impact on me," she says, fighting back tears.

Due to her horrible past, Niesha tends to get very emotional very easily. She hopes this doesn't interfere with how she's viewed inside the house. She claims that she's actually very easy to get along with, and hopes that she will be well-liked by her housemates despite her frequent emotional breakdowns.

Niesha and Jimmy are still living together. However, they do not yet have any plans to get married. Niesha's birthdate is May 13.

PAUL SWINSON
26
Mail Carrier
Eagan, MN
Single

Biography

Paul Swinson was born and raised on a farm in Lancaster, PA. He spent his childhood living life very similar to that of the traditional Amish people; he grew up with no electricity and no car. His parents didn't believe in technology and felt life could be enjoyed just as much without the unnecessary creature comforts that did nothing but cause pollution. As Paul grew up, however, he grew out of this lifestyle. His parents abandoned him from the family, claiming he "betrayed" them. But Paul doesn't regret his decision. "I definitely prefer driving a car and using cell phones more than pumping my own water and riding a horse-drawn carriage everyday," he says.

Paul left his family at the age of 16 and moved in with his older brother, Matthew, who had done the same thing he had several years earlier. Paul's brother introduced him to the game of poker. The brothers would often invite their friends over for weekly poker nights. The more Paul played, the more he grew to love the game. In 2004, Paul entered a small poker tournament and came in first place, winning over $5,000. Ever since that victory, Paul has been practicing more and more, hoping to someday become experienced enough to enter the World Series of Poker main event, which now gives a first prize of over $10,000,000.

Currently, Paul works as a mail carrier, but he plans on someday quitting this job and becoming a professional poker player. He has not spoken to his parents since they learned of his fascination with poker. They strongly disapprove of gambling. Paul could not care less, however. He never developed a close relationship with his parents.

Paul still lives with his brother. His birthdate is September 29.

SAVANNAH MILLER
26
Single Mother
Salt Lake City, UT
Single

Biography

Born and raised in Kenya, Savannah Miller was very satisfied with her life in Africa, despite coming from a very poor family and living in a very poor village. When she was four years old, a deadly disease started to spread through her hometown. Both of her parents became infected and both died less than a year later. Her mother's parents, who were United States citizens, took Savannah into their care. Savannah lived with them until she was 17 years old, when they passed away within three months of each other. With no family left in the United States to support her, Savannah moved in with her boyfriend, Darryl.

A week before Savannah's 18th birthday, she learned that she was pregnant. After hearing this life-changing news, she decided she would need to drop out of high school so she could take care of the child. She broke the news to Darryl, who immediately proposed marriage, feeling it would be best if the two were married before the baby was born. But when Savannah was eight months pregnant, Darryl got into a terrible car accident and was killed instantly. Savannah went into a deep state of depression, but nonetheless gave birth to her son, whom, to this day, she is still caring for on her own.

Savannah has undoubtedly had a number of life tragedies, but she claims each one has made her stronger. "I've been through hell my whole life. Most people would just give up if they had to go through all I've gone through, but me, no way. I'm not a weak person. I got a never-say-die attitude, and I always have. It's what my mama and daddy taught me," she says.

Savannah currently lives alone, taking care of her son, Nolan. Her birthdate is June 16.

SHEILA NATSUKI
29
Attorney
Santa Monica, CA
Engaged

Biography

Sheila Natsuki was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She and her family moved to the United States when she was ten years old, and Sheila fell in love with the country. Ten years later, her family decided to move back to Japan, but Sheila chose to stay in America. During her middle school and high school years, she developed interest in the American government, particularly the judicial system. After graduating from high school, she chose to study law. With outstanding grades in her classes and on her SATs, Sheila was accepted into Harvard Law School. She graduated at the age of 26, and now works as a very successful attorney in Santa Monica, CA.

Shortly after graduating, Sheila met a fellow attorney named Lee. The two began as mere friends and colleagues, but over time, they began to fall in love. They started dating, and one year later, Lee proposed marriage to Sheila. The two are now engaged, and plan to get married a few months after Big Brother comes to an end.

Sheila believes her experience as an attorney will give her an advantage in the house. "Persuasion and deceit are key elements to a game like Big Brother, and they're also characteristics that all successful attorneys need to have. We attorneys are evil, sneaky creatures, so you better keep an eye out for me on the show. I'm not planning on playing nice," she says with a smile.

SIMON BOLLINGER
34
Sales Executive
Essex, VT
Married

Biography

Born in Essex, VT, Simon Bollinger has always had a great deal of national pride. His mother was mayor of his hometown for several years, and his father served in the army for ten years. Being an only child, Simon was expected to follow in his parents' footsteps, and he did just that. After fully completing his college education and marrying his high school sweetheart, Millie, he enrolled in the army. The war in Iraq was going on then, so Simon felt it would be the perfect opportunity to show his loyalty to America.

Simon spent eight months in Iraq, receiving only a few minor injuries. But during his eighth month, he was shot in the arm by an Iraqi troop. Simon lost a significant amount of blood, and after close examination from the army medics, he learned that his arm had become infected. The only way to keep the infection from spreading was to amputate. After the surgery was complete, Simon received a prosthetic arm. "The amputation didn't bother me at all. This fake arm just proves how much I love my country and how much I'm willing to sacrifice for her," he says proudly.

After returning home to his wife, Simon returned to his job as a sales executive. He enjoys his job, but he admits he would much rather still be fighting in Iraq. After joining the army, he had hoped to stay with it until at least the war was over. But, at the same time, he is very grateful to be alive and back home with his loving wife, and his parents are still very proud of him.

His birthdate is February 10.

ALEXANDER "ZANDER" REYES
23
Hair Stylist / Dancer
Santa Fe, NM
Single

Biography

Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, Alexander "Zander" Reyes has had a strong love for dance for most of his life. Coming from a strict family, Zander's parents were very unsupportive of him when he chose to enter a dancing school at the age of 13. They refused to pay for it, so Zander was forced to use his allowance money. It didn't matter to him, though; to him, it was worth all the money in the world. He received top ratings in his dance class, and his teacher predicted he would become a very successful dancer one day.

Zander knew that he was gay for quite a while, but kept his sexuality a secret from his parents for many years. He was terrified of how they would react upon hearing the news. When he finally revealed it to them at the age of 19, their reaction lived up to his expectation: his mother burst into tears and his father was enraged, telling Zander that he was no longer welcome in their house. At that stage in his life, however, he didn't care. He was no longer going to let his parents control his life.

In college, Zander studied cosmetology and became a hair stylist shortly after graduating. He loves his job, but still has a very strong passion for dance. He has never forgotten his dance teacher's prediction, and he hopes to make it come true. "There's really nothing I'd rather do more. I've studied, practiced, and even choreographed so many different dance styles: contemporary, hip-hop, ballroom, you name it. That's how passionate I am about dance," he says.

Zander currently has a boyfriend, Cameron, whom he has been dating for five months. His birthdate is March 12.

[Julie Chen is shown standing inside the Big Brother studio, smiling at the camera.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen: Good evening, I'm Julie Chen. Welcome to Big Brother 8. Last summer, fourteen of the most memorable contestants from previous Big Brother seasons were invited back to play in a special All-Stars edition. But this year, we've rallied up a cast of entirely new faces, along with twists that are guaranteed to shock you.

[The camera cuts outside to the front of the house, where fourteen people are gathered on the front steps, anxiously looking around at their surroundings, waiting to enter the house.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen: Good evening, houseguests! [The fourteen people respond with a collective "Hello Julie".] In just a few moments, you will be entering the doors behind you. Just as a reminder, you will not be coming back out of those doors until either you've been evicted or declared the winner of Big Brother 8. Over the next several weeks, you will be competing for food, luxuries, and most importantly, power. Each week, one person will win the coveted position of Head of Household. This person is not only safe for the week, but he or she also has the power to nominate two fellow housemates for eviction. But this season, there's an added twist. For the first several weeks of the game, there will be three nominees.

[Several houseguests gasp in shock.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen: The Head of Household will choose two of those nominees, but the house will decide the third. Everyone except for the Head of Household will privately nominate two of their fellow housemates. The houseguest who receives the most nominations from his or her fellow housemates will be nominated for eviction. If the person with the most nominations has already been nominated by the Head of Household, then the person with the next highest number of nominations will be nominated. Does everyone understand?

[The houseguests all nod in unison, some still looking very shocked.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen: The Golden Power of Veto will still be up for grabs, but for the first several weeks, it must be used to save one of the three nominees, so each week, only two people will face eviction. There will be many more twists that you will face in the weeks ahead of you, but you'll find out more about them later. Well, houseguests, are you ready for the game to begin?

[Everyone burst into cheers and applause.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen: Alright, the first group to enter the house will be Paul, Debbie, Joel, and Madelyn.

[The four houseguests in the first group picked up their bags and walked towards the front door behind them. Paul held the door open for his three fellow housemates, then closed the door behind him after he entered. All four houseguests instantly started running around the house, trying to find the best bedrooms. But they soon realized that, just like it was in Big Brother 6, all fourteen beds were packed into one large room.]

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: Looks like we're all stuck in here together. This should be interesting.

[Each of the four of them set their bags on one of the beds, then started to introduce themselves.]

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: Hey y'all! I'm Madelyn, you can call me Maddie for short if you want. All my friends do.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel (Diary Room): First impression of Maddie... she's a babe. I wasn't really planning on coming here to hook up or anything, but already I feel attracted to her. Southern chicks are my weakness.

[The camera cuts back to the front of the house, where ten more houseguests are waiting to be called.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen: The next group to enter... Annie, Simon, Niesha, Benson, and Allen.

[The selected houseguests grab their bags and enter the house, one by one. They soon realize, too, that everyone is sharing one bedroom.]

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: Oh my god, no way. I can't f*cking share a room with fourteen people! [She appears to be on the verge of tears.] There's no way! I'm not doing it! [She throws her bag down on a bed and runs out of the room, heading for the bathroom.]

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen (Diary Room): Niesha is a loose cannon. I mean, the first thing she did after stepping foot in the house was complain and throw a tantrum. She'll be an easy target if she doesn't lighten up a little over the next couple days.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: What the hell is her deal?

[The camera cuts back outside, where only five houseguests are still waiting.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen: Sheila, Zander, Joyce, Dylan, and Savannah... the five of you may now enter the house.

[The five houseguests do as they're told. They grab their bags and enter the house. They join the eight other houseguests in the large bedroom, noticing someone's missing.]

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah: Where'd that cute Latina girl go?

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha (Diary Room): The whole idea of everyone sleeping in the same room is such a huge turnoff to me. I like my privacy at nighttime, when I'm trying to sleep. I hate the idea of a bunch of strangers sleeping right next to me. It makes me so uncomfortable.

[Niesha is shown sitting on one of the chairs in the bathroom, her face planted in her hands. She appears to be crying. Joyce enters the bathroom and sees Niesha. She kneels down beside her.]

[Image: joyceicon.jpg] Joyce: Listen, sweetie, I can understand why you don't want to be in one bedroom with everyone else. I'm not too crazy about it myself. But this is only the first day. Before you know it, you'll be used to all these people, and it won't be so bad anymore. Trust me. You seem like a very sweet girl and I don't want you isolating yourself from all of us, okay? I want you to give it a shot.

[Niesha lifts her head up from her hands and looks at Joyce. Suddenly, she smiles, as does Joyce.]

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: Okay.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha (Diary Room): Joyce's pep talk really made me feel better about the whole thing. I still hate the idea, but she made me realize that, hey, it probably won't be so bad. Joyce is already my favorite person here. She's like the mom of the house.

[Joyce and Niesha leave the bathroom together and join the other houseguests in the living room, where they've all decided to get to know each other better. Joyce sits down in one of the empty spots on one of the large couches.]

[Image: joyceicon.jpg] Joyce: Did we miss anything?

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: No, we just started talking. Feeling better, Niesha?

[Niesha nods quietly as she sits down in one of the empty nominee chairs.]

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: Well, I suppose I'll start. My name is Sheila, I was born and raised in Japan, but moved here at the age of ten. I have a wonderful boyfriend back home, and actually, only a few weeks before I came here, he proposed marriage to me.

[Madelyn, who is sitting right next to Sheila, gasps loudly.]

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: No way! Oh my God, congratulations!

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: [She smiles.] Thank you. I appreciate that. Yes, I'm very happy. We plan to get married in December.

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: Well okay, I guess it's my turn then! Hi y'all! I'm Madelyn, but y'all can call me Maddie. I'm so excited to be here, you guys have no idea. I've watched this show for so long, I'm a big fan. This is like, a dream come true for me.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): Maddie is one of those sexy, sultry Southern belles that you know all the guys will be following and drooling over. But personally, there's something about her I don't like, and I can't put my finger on it. I don't know, maybe it's the accent. [She laughs.]

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon: My name is Simon. I joined the army just a few years ago. I served in Iraq for several months, but I was mortally wounded in battle, shot in the arm actually. My arm ended up getting infected so the doctors had no choice but to amputate, so I now have a prosthetic arm. [He rolls up his sleeve to reveal a fake arm that none of the houseguests had noticed prior to learning this information. Many of them gasp in shock.] Yeah, it's been a rough road. It's been almost three years now, and I'm still trying to get used to this damn arm. But I'm just glad to be alive.

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen: Wow, that's awesome, dude. Good for you. [He then turns his attention to all of his housemates.] Hey guys, I'm Allen, and I'm a self-proclaimed nerd. I'm not ashamed of my nerdom, I'm very proud of it actually. I've been a computer geek for as long as I can remember, and I now work as a computer engineer.

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah: Hey, I'm Savannah. Like Miss Sheila over here, I wasn't born in the beautiful USA. I was born in Kenya and was raised there by my parents, but they both died of a bad disease when I was about four. My grandparents lived here so I came to move with them for thirteen years, and then they died. So then I moved in with my boyfriend, and before we knew it, we was havin' a baby. I had to drop outta high school, and we were gonna get married, but he got killed in a car accident right before the baby was born. Well anyway, to make a long story short, I'm 26 now, still takin' care of my baby, with no job and no one for support. So that's why I signed up for this, to win some money. I need it, bad.

[Several houseguests are shown drying tears from their eyes after the emotional story. Annie, who is sitting right next to Savannah, reaches over and gives her a hug.]

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): Savannah's obviously had a really rough life, and yes, I feel sorry for her, but I wasn't too crazy about the long, in-depth sob story that she gave. It's almost like she was desperate for sympathy and pity. I can understand she needs this money, but obviously we all do, otherwise we wouldn't be here.

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie: [She wipes some tears from her eyes.] Wow, that's a tough one to follow. [She laughs, still wiping her eyes with her finger.] Well, let's see... uhm... my name is Annie Mays, I work as a nurse in an elementary school. I've been happily married for almost ten years; actually, my ten-year anniversary is coming up in a few days. I was hesitant at first to come out here because I didn't want to miss out on such a big milestone in our lives, but my husband insisted I come here. And I'm glad he did. I love it here already.

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: [He speaks with a thick Jamaican accent.] Hello, my name is Benson, and I suppose I am the third person here who was not born in this country. I was born and raised in Jamaica, and moved to this country about ten years ago. I chose to become a pastor shortly after coming here, because I feel a very strong connection with the Lord.

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: Hey guys, I'm Dylan, 25 years old, and I'm an aspiring pro-football player. I've been playing ball since I was five years old, no joke. I've been working hard, training a lot, trying to get a spot in the NFL.

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: [She speaks in a flirtatious tone.] Which team would you wanna play for?

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: Oh, the Eagles, without a doubt. They've been my favorite team my whole life.

[Image: zandericon.jpg] Zander: Okay, my name's Alexander, but I've been going by Zander since I was born, it sounds cooler. Right now I work as a hair stylist, but my main passion in life right now is dance. I've been taking dance classes for, let's see... five years now. I love it, so I hope to someday do it professionally.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: [Her eyes are still puffy from crying.] Okay, well I'm sure you all know me by now, I'm Niesha, the psycho girl that had a temper tantrum a little while ago. I wanna apologize for that, this whole thing is just very stressful for me. I have a boyfriend back home who I've been dating for three years and this is the first time I've been separated from him, so I'm just a little cranky right now. I promise I'll get better.

[Image: joyceicon.jpg] Joyce: [She pats Niesha on the back.] I know you will, sweetie. Hi, everyone, my name is Joyce, and it looks like the old lady of the house. And that's a little depressing to me; I'm only 44, for Pete's sake! [She laughs.] Anyhoo, I have a loving husband of 20 years back at home, and I have three wonderful children. And I know I'm much older than most of you, but I assure you, I'm young at heart. I won't be a boring, farty old lady that isolates herself from the group. In fact, I plan to be the exact opposite.

[Image: zandericon.jpg] Zander (Diary Room): I love Joyce already. Hey, she may be the oldest one here, but damn, she's got an awesome personality. She's so loveable; she's like the mom of the house.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: Hey guys, I'm Paul. Unfortunately I've got a pretty boring life compared to most of you. [He grins uncomfortably.] So I haven't really got much to say. I work as a mail carrier... I know, not the most exciting job, but it's great exercise and not too stressful either.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Howdy. The name's Debbie, you can call me Deb, Debster, D.D., B.B., Moron, whatever the hell you want, I'll go by anything. Over the past five years I've had like 400 jobs, right now though I'm working as a part-time nanny for a rich family, so the pay is great. I'm a pretty easygoing gal, but be warned, it's not a pretty thing when I get pissed off. If you piss me off, you'll regret it.

[The houseguests sit in awkward silence for a few moments.]

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (Diary Room): Debbie definitely stands out from the rest of us. During our little get-to-know-you, she was really the only one that made people feel uncomfortable. I really don't know why she would threaten us on the very first night. I mean, there's that saying, "you can only make one first impression", and let me tell you, Debbie did not make a good one.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: [He clears his throat, breaking the silence.] Ahem, well, looks like I'm the last one. I'm Joel, I'm 23 years old, just recently graduated from college. I'm working as a lifeguard at Hermosa Beach, but I'm still looking for a better job that pays more. 'Cause, like most of us here, I need money, that's what I'm here for. Cold hard cash is what I need.

[Madelyn stares at Joel during his speech, a flirtatious smile on her face.]

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn (Diary Room): Joel's a hottie! I'm glad there's someone here that'll be some good eye candy for me to look at.

NIGHT ONE (Thursday)
10:47 pm

[Annie, Debbie, Joel, Madelyn, and Zander are outside, gathered on the couches surrounding the coffee table. Debbie is smoking a cigarette, and everyone else is drinking coffee. They're discussing relationships.]

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: [Once again, she has a flirtatious tone to her voice.] So how 'bout you, Joel? Ever had a girlfriend?

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Yeah, I've had a few, none of them too serious though. I'm still looking for Mrs. Right.

[Madelyn giggles. Debbie rolls her eyes as she takes a puff of her cigarette.]

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: I haven't been in anything that serious either. I'm still lookin', too.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): The little lust-fest going on between Joel and Maddie is really sickening to me. I mean, yes, they're both young and attractive, but for God's sake, we've been here, what, three or four hours? It makes me sick to watch them.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: [She clears her throat, trying to prevent Joel and Madelyn from drooling over each other any further.] So... uhm... Zander... how about you, buddy?

[Image: zandericon.jpg] Zander: Well I've got a boyfriend back home. We've been together five months last Thursday, so it'll be hard being away from him for so long.

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: Aww, that's sweet!

[Image: zandericon.jpg] Zander: But we both decided, you know, this would be the best thing for us. We need the money, 'cause we're both pretty low on money.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Same with me, man.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Funny thing, how money can play such a huge role in our lives. Really sad, actually. Life revolves around money. It's like, if you don't have enough of it, life is miserable.

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie: That's not necessarily true...

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: [She rolls her eyes.] Oh come on, of course it is.

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie: It's really not. My husband and I aren't the richest couple in the world but we're totally happy the way we are.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: She's got a point. Money doesn't buy happiness, I thought everyone knew that.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Oh please, people who believe that saying are living in denial. I'm sorry, but it's the truth. Maybe in other countries everything's all hunky dory and people don't need money as much to survive, but we're living in the U.S. of A., and here, money is everything. It's just the facts, you can't deny it.

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie: [Sounding angry.] I completely disagree. Money may buy you fancy cars or fancy houses or fancy whatever, but in my opinion, a life of luxury and a life of happiness are two totally different things!

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Stop living in a fantasy world, honey! I can't believe you're sitting here telling me that if your life wouldn't be a thousand times better if you didn't have, let's say, a million dollars.

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie: [She grabs her coffee cup and gets to her feet, looking furious now.] I really don't want to talk about this anymore. I'm going inside.

[Annie storms off, opens the sliding door leading to the kitchen, and walks inside, slamming the door shut behind her. Madelyn, Joel, and Zander are left to sit in awkward silence with Debbie, who simply smiles, shakes her head, and takes another puff of her cigarette.]

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie (Diary Room): [She is sobbing.] Debbie is one of the most inconsiderate, most heartless human beings I've ever met. She just sat there, spitting out insults right at my face. I already regret coming here... I just want to be home with my husband. I want to be there for our ten-year anniversary. I don't want to be here... here in this hellhole... with that evil, evil woman. [She suddenly breaks down, crying uncontrollably now, unable to speak.]

NIGHT ONE (Thursday)

11:45 PM

[In the large bedroom, Sheila walks in to see Benson unpacking things under his bed. Everyone else seems to have gathered in the dining room/kitchen area to chat.]

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: Hey, what's up? Too loud in there for you?

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: Yea, a little bit. It's all so overwhelming. What about you? [She begins to unpack her own stuff under the bed next to Benson's]

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: Just thought I'd take a break from all the action. Between Joel and Madelyn's flirting and everyone glaring at Debbie, it all gets old fast.

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: I feel the exact same way. But we can't look like we're too annoyed, right?

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: Yea, I guess you're right. [He turns to her.] Tell you what, I'll keep you informed if I hear anything about either of us. [He extends his hand.] Cool?

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: [She takes his hand and shakes it, grinning.] I totally agree, and I will too. Outsiders gotta stick out for each other, right?

[Before Benson can respond, Dylan the football player appears at the door, peeking in.]

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: Hey, you guys scheming it up in here?

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: [He laughs, playing it up as the handshake breaks.] Nah mon', we're just introducin' ourselves.

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: Alright, that's cool. Well, the others wanted me to get you guys. We're doing a toast to the first night.

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: Oh, cool. I'll meet you out there Benson.

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila (Diary Room): If there is one thing I'm good at, it's reading people. I can tell that Benson is being honest right now, but if he ever turned against me, he'd be a hard guy to oppose.

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson (Diary Room): I think Sheila and I can go real far if we can keep our friendship a secret. Coming into the game, I knew the one thing I needed would be an information source. Sheila is it.

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan (Diary Room): Benson is smooth, no doubt about it. I caught him and Sheila red-handed, but he played it off perfectly. If I didn't know any better, I would have bought it. But I do, so now I have my eyes on him.

NIGHT ONE (Thursday)

1:10 AM

[Out in the living room, everyone has gotten situated in a seat on the couch or chair. Big Brother has provided the houseguests with two bottles of wins. Benson returns from the bedroom, signalling the start of the toast.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Alright, we're all here! Everyone ready?

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: This is so exciting!

[Paul and Joel each hold up a bottle of wine. Everyone stands up with their glasses as the bottles open up and pour over into the glasses.]

[Image: joyceicon.jpg] Joyce: To Big Brother!

[Image: zandericon.jpg] Zander: To a great summer!

[A lot of houseguests say 'here here!' as the celebration ends with a toast.]

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen (Diary Room): Everyone's all happy and go-lucky now, but the game hasn't really begun yet. Soon, we're all gonna be backstabbing and throwing each other out. It's gonna be a slaughterhouse.

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah (Diary Room): [She laughs.] I don't trust any of these people!

DAY TWO (Friday)

7:30 AM

[We can see the houseguests have finally turned in for the night. A clock shows us that it's now morning and the sun is now out. While someone appears to be waking up, Niesha is sitting at the counter of the kitchen, extremely tired.]

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha (Diary Room): I'm just so mentally drained right now and the game has only just begun. I couldn't sleep at all last night because of everyone in the room, and the couches weren't comfortable. I'm just such a wreck right now.

[Paul enters the room, rubbing his eyes.]

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: Mornin'. Sleep okay?

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: No...not at all.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: Damn, that sucks. I don't blame you, though. It's a little creepy with all those people.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: [Starting to sob again.] I'm ready to just leave. I'll never get used to this.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: Sure ya will. Chin up. [He smiles big as he gets a glass of milk.]

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: I'm trying. I really am. It's just all so overwhelming right now. I feel like such a dork because I know everyone is gonna pity me and probably vote me out because I can't handle it.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: I think you'll handle it just fine. You just gotta prove it to them, ya know?

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: Thanks, Paul.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul (Diary Room): Niesha just needs some support or she'll never get out of this. I grew up with my big brother as support so I guess it comes natural to be able to give that kind of support to someone else.

DAY TWO (Friday)

CHALLENGE PREPERATION (BEFORE NOON)

[The Big Brother House is fully awake as everyone prepares for the first challenge. Big Brother can be heard on the loudspeakers saying 'The first Head of Household will begin in 1 hour.' We can see Simon in confessional and hear him as he narrates.]

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (narration): The first Head of Household challenge is coming up in about an hour and everyone is scrambling to get ready.

[We can see Annie and Madelyn in front of the bathroom mirror, with Joel and Dylan in the showers]

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (narration): We all call Maddie and Annie the pretty girls, because they're always talking about and focussing on their looks. Then Joel and Dylan are the same way, but they're the pretty boys. [He laughs]

[We then clip to the lounge where Joyce is talking with Savannah.]

[Image: joyceicon.jpg] Joyce: That would be so exciting to go all the way to Kenya.

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah: I still get overwhelmed just being here in the States!

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (narration): Joyce has been preparing for the challenge by getting to know everybody. She's really cool, but you know, after awhile talking with her just starts to get repetitive.

[In the kitchen, Niesha is talking to Sheila. They watch Benson and Paul doing some stretches as they chat.]

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (narration): Of course most of the guys, including me, are really getting pumped by stretching and doing some excercises. We know this challenge is gonna get real physical so we want to be ready to win it.

[Finally, we clip to the bedroom where Zander is getting dressed and Debbie is just starting to wake up.]

[Image: zandericon.jpg] Zander: C'mon Deb, Big Brother has been calling for us to get ready for like an hour.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Urg...okay, okay.

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (narration): And of course, we have Queen Debbie who spends her preparation in bed. I guess just her being away from everyone counts for something, right? [He winks at the camera, then bursts out laughing at his own silliness.] Now, if you'll excuse me guys, I have a challenge to win.

DAY TWO (Friday)

NOON

HoH #1: Big Brother Boot Camp

[The houseguests all head outside to see the backyard has been re-arranged into an obstacle course.]

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah (Diary Room): We went outside and we saw all these tough-looking obstacles around the yard. There was one of those crawl-under things...

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: I was psyched when I saw the obstacles out back. A crawl-through, a climbing wall, swimming through the pool. No question who's winning this one.

[As the houseguests line up, a familar voice comes onto the intercom]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): Hey there houseguests! Can everybody hear me okay? [Everyone responds positively] Great! Welcome, houseguests, to the Big Brother Boot Camp! [Everyone cheers] You will all be running through these obstacles, one after the other. The last few to finish after each one will be eliminated.

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (Diary Room): Basically, we had to run each course. First the crawl-through, then the wall, then the pool...

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): ...But the last few after each course would be eliminated and couldn't win.

[Everyone now stands in a line in front of the crawl-through]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): Okay guys, remember the stakes. The winner will nominate two people, and everyone will nominate the third. [Everyone nods.] Okay, the last four across the line on the other side of the crawl-through are eliminated. Ready? Go!

[Everyone scrambles under the crawl-through, getting all muddy in the process. Joyce is surprisingly in the lead]

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul (Diary Room): The problem with the crawl-through was that it was only big enough for four or five people to fit in a line. So it was all a big pushing contest.

[Image: joyceicon.jpg] Joyce (Diary Room): The crawl-through was so much fun! Everyone was fighting it out behind me so I managed to get ahead and get first! [She giggles.]

[Annie finally stumbles out in front of Sheila, causing a buzzer to sound as four people are left stuck behind.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): That's it! Annie edged out Sheila to get the last spot! Sheila, Zander, Paul and Simon: you're all eliminated.

[Simon can be seen crawling out with Paul, groaning under his breath]

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen (Diary Room): I don't think Simon likes to admit weakness, but his fake arm just didn't help in that crawl-through. So, he got stuck back with Paul while we all got ahead of him.

[Image: zandericon.jpg] Zander (Diary Room): I didn't really want to win the first challenge, anyway. I think I did a pretty good job of looking weak.

[The remaining ten now stand at the line in preperation for the great wall.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): Okay, houseguests, next is the wall! The first six over the wall and across the line moves on. The twist is that there are four ropes, but ten of you. Ready? Go!

[Dylan and Allen both fly over the wall as the first people to get there. The remaining eight have to fight over the ropes. Annie and Joel both share a rope as they go up. Benson unfortunetly, is stuck with Debbie who kicks him down so she doesn't fall. The final race is between Joyce and Savannah, which Joyce makes it over and across.]

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson (Diary Room): There was some serious foul play going on by Debbie. I'm hoping I get an apology, because she damn near kicked a black eye onto me.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): I kind of accidentally whacked Benson a good one with my foot on my way up the wall. I got so caught up in the moment that I didn't really think about who was under me. It was definetly not on purpose.

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): Alright, six are left. Savannah, Benson, Madelyn and Niesha, you guys can go sit with the others. Everyone else, head to the next line.

[The remaining six stand in front of the pool. They are Allen, Annie, Debbie, Dylan, Joel, and Joyce.]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): For this course, you will be jumping into the water and navigating around or under the obstacles. The first three move onto the final leg. The last three are out. Everyone understand? [Everyone nods]

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie (Diary Room): By the time the swimming challenge came along, I was exhausted!

[At 'Go!', everyone scrambles into the water. By now, the six were muddy and sweaty, so combined with the water it didn't turn out too good.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel (Diary Room): There was things scattered all over the pool, so the lanes were really narrow, and it turned again into a pushing contest.

[Joel is the first out of the water, followed by Annie. Joyce and Allen both get bogged back under the obstacles, leaving it up to Dylan and Debbie. Dylan beat her easily enough]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): Joyce, Allen, and Debbie. Good try, but you guys are out. We're left with Dylan, Joel and Annie. I need you three to move to the starting line.

[The three remaining houseguests all move in front of the crawl-through]

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): Now, this final leg is simple. You'll be running the entire race twice. The first person to finish the pool the second time will win Head of Household.

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie: Oh, no! That's too much!

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila (Diary Room): The last leg was like two Goliaths vs David. How is Annie supposed to match up to Joel and Dylan in a race?

[When Julie gave the word, the three blasted off. Annie kept up until the great wall, where Joel and Dylan jumped over with ease. They remained neck and neck across the entire course.]

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn (Diary Room): Seeing Dylan and Joel race was SO cool, y'all. They're both so cute and tough, and they were fighting for all this power. It's really exciting!

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen (Diary Room): Watching those two scared me. I know I'm not the most physically fit, so I can get intimidated easily by such muscle-heads.

[The race comes to a close as Joel edges out Dylan and makes it out of the pool, then across the line]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Whew!

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): Congratulations Joel! You are the first Head of Household! You can get your key from the stand on the porch.

[Dylan and Joel slap high fives as they go to the key. Joel takes it and gets an applause as he puts it around his neck]

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: Good race, man. That was intense.

[Image: juliechenicon.jpg] Julie Chen (over speakers): Joel, you have a big responsibility ahead of you. It's Friday now. Tommorrow, on Saturday afternoon, you'll be nominating two people for eviction. The rest of the house will nominate one other person. Congratulations again, and good luck.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Oh man, this is so awesome.

[Joel slaps high fives and gets hugs from the house as they go inside to shower and clean up.]

DAY TWO (Friday)

1:57 PM

[We can see everyone (now cleaned up) is gathered outside now that the obstacle course has been removed. The only person missing is Joel. Paul, Dylan, Niesha, Zander and Madelyn are all on the couches.]

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: That was intense, man. If all the challenges are like that, I'm going to be really, really pleased.

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: It felt just like football training camp. Joel was tough, though, man. I had no idea lifeguards could move like that on land.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: Yea, but he was like a fish in the water. Talk about dangerous when it comes to water challenges.

[Image: zandericon.jpg] Zander: Yea, but he honest guys. Who really wants to be the first Head of Household, know what I mean?

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: I agree with Zandah, y'all. That's just too much responsibility for me.

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: It woulda been nice to have the Head of Household room first. That was my main motivation through the whole thing.

[On the other side of the yard, Debbie, Sheila and Savannah are laying out in front of the pool. In the actual pool is Benson. Debbie sits up to see him as he floats by.]

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Hey, Benson, I wanted to apologize about that kick during the challenge.

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: Oh, yea. Don't worry about it.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: No, I felt really bad about it. I didn't really think about who was under me. Caught in the moment, I guess.

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: Thanks for the apology, Debbie. But it was nothin'. Didn't even leave a mark.

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah (Diary Room): The fact that Debbie apologized to Benson really made her look good in my eyes. I don't think she's a bad person, I think she just doesn't think before she acts.

[The door to the house slides open and Joel pops out, the key around his neck.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Hey guys, who wants to see my Head of Household room? Come on in!

[Everyone cheers as they get up and head inside. Joel leads them up the circular stairs and to the locked room, which he proceeds to unlock.

Inside, the houseguests are greeted with a beautiful blue and white HoH room, remodeled from the last year. It has one big bed and two comfortable chairs, complete with a dresser, a TV and a full bathroom.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Holy crap! Look at this! W.hoa! [He laughs and jumps on the bed.]

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: Now this is awesome, Joel. Look, is this your brother? [She picks up a picture and shows him]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Yep, that's Blake!

[Image: joyceicon.jpg] Joyce: Aw, you look just like him!

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel (Diary Room): The room is just awesome. It's my own room for the entire week to relax. Everyone else has to scatter around and scheme in corners, but I can just do it all right here in my own room.

[Everyone hangs around a bit longer and then heads out, congratulating Joel as they leave. When he's all alone, he plops back onto his bed]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: This is so awesome.

DAY TWO (Friday)

2:43 PM

[Benson, Dylan and Madelyn are relaxing in the living room area, seemingly doing absolutely nothing.]

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: I am so bored, mon'.

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: I know, I had no idea it would be just sitting around all day.

[At that moment, Joel appears on the balcony in front of his Head of Household room.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Hey Dylan, Maddie. Can you guys come up and talk for a bit?

[Madelyn and Dylan exchange glances and stand. Benson just chuckles as he's left sitting.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Why don't you come up too, Benson? I just wanna get some opinions.

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: Aight. On my way.

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson (Diary Room): When Joel came out, he didn't want me to come up into his room. He wanted Madelyn, and he wanted Dylan. Not Benson. He just felt bad for me, and you know what? That's okay. I still got in there. [He grins big]

[Up in the Head of Household room, Joel sits on the bed as Dylan and Maddie sit on the chairs. Benson stands off to the side.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Alright, so I have to nominate two people tommorrow. I was thinking Debbie and someone else.

[We clip to see Debbie laying out in the sun out back, then back to the room]

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: I can't think of anyone else that's made a bad impact on anyone. Niesha?

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson: Niesha will probably be the house nominee.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: What about Allen? I don't really get along with him very well.

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: I like Allen. He's funny.

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: Yea, but he's also really smart. How about Savannah or Sheila? I'd say Joyce, but people probably would take it the wrong way.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel (Diary Room): Nominating two people is going to be a lot harder then I thought, because really, not a lot of people have done anything that deserves being kicked out of the house.

DAY TWO (Friday)

6:24 PM

[In the backyard, Debbie is smoking a cigerette alone. Allen comes out and lights one up as well.]

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Hey, another smoker! Thought I was the only one.

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen: Yea, I am too. Not something I'm particularly proud of.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Yea, you and me both. Anyway, you get called up by Joel yet?

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen: Nah, not yet. Makes me kind of nervous that everyone is going up and I'm not.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Me too. I think he might be nominating me. Do you think I might get voted out?

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen: Well...I don't want to lie to you. I think you'd have to really turn some heads to get on people's good sides.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: What's THAT supposed to mean?

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen: I'm just sayin, you didn't make the best first impression. You can sit here and get mad at me for telling you, or you can go in there and do something about it.

[Left speechless, Debbie sits as Allen puts out his cigerette and heads back inside.]

[Image: allenicon.jpg] Allen (Diary Room): I think Debbie needs a reality check. She can't expect to come in here and act like she does in her real life, and get a positive response. We don't want to live with that for the next three months!

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): [Is clearly speechless, unsure of what to say.] I...I'm just not sure what to do right now. Allen just pretty much said exactly what I would say to somebody in my situation, and I have no idea how to react. How sad is that?

DAY TWO (Friday)

8:01 PM

[The sun has gone down and most of the houseguests are eating dinner. Joel comes out of his room and looks down from the balcony]

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon: Hey, check it out. His Royal Highness.

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (Diary Room): Joel has yet to come down and hang out with us all afternoon since he won. He's just been chilling out in his room and only letting people in when he invites them. It's just not what you do when you're in control.

[Simon gets some laughs from the people in the dining room]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Hey guys, once you're done eating, can I talk to Savannah and Niesha?

[Image: annieicon.jpg] Annie: Only if you come down and eat with us! [She laughs with some of the others]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: After I talk to them, I promise! [He laughs and returns into his room]

[The two girls finish eating and head upstairs together]

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah (Diary Room): I was a little weary going upstairs, because Joel had already spoken to almost everybody, so that meant he was talking to us last.

[The two head in and takes seat on the chairs as Joel sits on the bed]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Alright, I just wanna be honest with you guys. I'm going for Debbie to leave on Thursday. No one else. Just her.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: Okay...

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: But I obviously have to nominate one other person. So, I was planning on nominating you, Savannah, as a pawn. [He waves his hands as she frowns] Strictly as a pawn, I swear. And Niesha would be the house nominee. You guys would NOT go anywhere.

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah: I'm not entirely comfortable with that.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: Me neither. At all.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: You guys have my WORD that there is no way either of you would leave. There isn't a single person in this house who would save Debbie with the veto.

[The two girls exchange glances again, unsure. The camera pans out to the three of them, then to Debbie inside the house sitting alone.]

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah (Diary Room): Joel is going to gets what's coming to him. He may be able to bully us now that he has power, but he isn't always going to be protected.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha (Diary Room): [She's calm now, but clearly has been crying] I'm just ready to leave after all this crap the last couple days. What have I done to deserve being voted out? I've gotten almost no sleep and now Joel is making everyone nominate me. It's not fair!

DAY THREE (Saturday)

8:15 AM

[It's a new day and Joel and Madelyn are just getting cleaned up and dressed after waking up in the Head of Household Room. Debbie is seen coming upstairs]

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): I was up most of the night thinking about what I was going to say to Joel. I'm pretty sure either he or the house is going to nominate me, so I need to make sure it's smooth enough for him to help me stay in.

[Debbie knocks]

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Mind if I come in?

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Nah, go ahead! It's open!

[She opens and comes in. Madelyn is in the bathroom cleaning up but can still be seen through the door. Debbie takes a seat as Joel organizes some things]

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Okay, so, I guess I'll just come out with it. Am I getting nominated?

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Yea...yea, you are. I'm sorry, Deb.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie: Damn. [She takes a breath, controlling herself] Okay, so my next question is, am I leaving?

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: That's not up to me. You'll have to talk to the house. I'd love for you to stay if that's what everyone else wants.

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: Eviction isn't until Thursday, darlin'. Plenty of time.

[Debbie rolls her eyes and just gets up and leaves, without saying anything]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: And there she goes, throwing a hissy fit.

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: Was it something I said?

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): It took all the energy I had to just up and leave. Joel had the nerve to sit there and LIE right to my FACE with his little b.itch right behind him. Ugh, I am SO pissed right now. [She takes a peice of paper she had with her and rips it up in rage to show her emotion.] UGH! I hate this!

DAY THREE (Saturday)

THE HOUSE NOMINATES (Before Noon)

[Everyone is shown sitting in the living room. Joel stands in front of them with a sheet of paper that he glances at as he speaks]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Alright guys, we're gathered around for the first part of the nomination ceremony. As Head of Household, I'll be nominating two people. You guys will, right now, be choosing the third nominee. All three will be revealed later this afternoon.

[Everyone nods]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: I'm going to call you one by one and you'll go outside. There is a bag for each of you on the table outside. Inside is two keys. You will select two keys and drop them in the appropriate box. Once you're done, you'll put your bag with the remaining keys in the bin, closed. The houseguest with the most keys is nominated. If I nominate that person, then it's the second-most, and so forth to the third-most if I nominate both the top two. Understood?

[Again, everyone nods]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Okay. Big Brother wants no talking as this takes place. Benson, you can start.

[Benson stands up and heads outside. He takes his bag and pulls out the keys. After some deliberation, he can be seen dropping keys into Niesha's box and Debbie's box. He then heads inside.]

[Image: bensonicon.jpg] Benson (Diary Room): I just went with what the house seemed to have decided. I don't want to stir anything up, really. At least not while anyone can be a target.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Okay, Allen. You're up.

[The process continues. Everyone continues, one after the other. Debbie pauses as she's out there]

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): I know regardless, I'll be nominated, so I'd rather it be up against someone I know I can beat. That's Niesha or Simon.

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah (Diary Room): A lot of people were talking about surprisingly Simon, so I'm putting a key in his box. I think he'll be really shocked.

[Image: simonicon.jpg] Simon (Diary Room): I'm golden this week. Still, I'm gonna be dropping keys in Debbie and Niesha's boxes, just in case.

[Joyce is the last and takes a seat.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Okay, that's it. I'll see you guys in a couple hours for the nomination ceremony. This meeting is adjourned.

DAY THREE (Saturday)

1:30 PM

[The houseguests are shown as Big Brother calls on the intercom.]

[Image: bigbrothericon.jpg] Big Brother: Houseguests, please go to the backyard as the Head of Household nominates.

[Joel is just settling in his room with the nomination block when Paul opens the door.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Oh, hey dude. What's up?

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: Got a minute before you start nominating?

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Uh, yea, sure. Take a seat. Don't take too long though, Big Brother is rushing me as it is.

[Nodding, Paul takes a seat]

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: Alright, hear me out real quick. I don't think you should nominate Savannah. I think you should nominate Simon.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: W.hoa. Serious? He's not exactly the kind of guy I was planning on pissing off first week. What brought this on?

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: I'm just looking in your best interests, man. People were already talking of putting Simon up through the house nomination. I think there would less of a backlash if you put him up instead of Savannah.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: I don't know, dude. I haven't talked to him at all. He's had no warning. He would be pissed if he stayed in this game. At least I warned Savannah last night.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: So we axe him. No problem, right? Simon is strong and I think I can get the votes to cut him.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Man, you sure picked a bad time to lay this on me. I'm literally just about to nominate.

[Image: bigbrothericon.jpg] Big Brother: Paul. Please go to the backyard with the rest of the houseguests.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul: [Looking up at the intercom] I'm going, I'm going! [He then looks back to Joel.] Think about it, dude. Seriously.

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel (Diary Room): Paul is pretty serious, I think. I don't think he's looking out for my best interests, but I do think he makes a good point. But if I nominated Simon and he stayed, that would suck for me.

[Image: paulicon.jpg] Paul (Diary Room): What I did with Joel was strictly a last minute thing. I hadn't put any thought into it. I feel kinda stupid now because it was so impulsive, but I think it'll work out, even if Simon doesn't get nominated.

DAY THREE (Saturday)

NOMINATION CEREMONY (2:01 PM)

[The houseguests all gather around the huge table in the kitchen area. Joel comes out with the nomination block and sets it on the table.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Okay guys. Welcome to the nomination ceremony. I have picked two people to be nominated, and you the house have chosen a third. Of those three, one will be saved by the veto holder and two will face a house vote.

[He takes a deep breath and claps his hands together]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Okay, I'm going to pull the first key. That means you're safe from being my nominee. When you get your key, you will then pull the next, and so forth until two people are left. Big Brother will reveal the third afterwards. Here we go... [He pulls the first key.] Madelyn, you are safe.

[Image: madelynicon.jpg] Madelyn: Thanks, darlin'. [She stands and takes her key as well, then pulls the next] Joyce, you are safe.

[Image: joyceicon.jpg] Joyce: Whew! [She smiles big and takes the next key] Okay, let's see...Paul, you are safe.

[The pattern continues. Paul saves Zander, who then pulls Annie. Benson and Dylan are both next.]

[Image: dylanicon.jpg] Dylan: Allen, buddy, you're safe.

[Allen stands and takes his key with thanks. The key he pulls belongs to Sheila]

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: Thanks, Joel.

[The four remaining is Simon, Debbie, Niesha and Savannah.]

[Image: sheilaicon.jpg] Sheila: Niesha, you're safe.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha: [Smiling weakly] Last key...Simon. You're safe.

[Paul remains stoic as Simon takes his key. Savannah and Debbie both grin as they are left key-less. Joel stands]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Alright, as you can see, I've nominated Savannah and Debbie. Debbie, first impressions mean a lot here and you didn't give a great one, so the house wanted to see you up. Savannah, we already discussed this and you know I have nothing against you. It's just strategy.

[Debbie doesn't respond, but Savannah nods]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Alright, Big Brother will now reveal the house nominee. He will instruct that person to put their key back in the box.

[Joel takes a seat and everyone remains quiet as they wait for the signal. Niesha and Simon are both shown]

[Image: bigbrothericon.jpg] Big Brother: Will the following person please put their key back in the box. The houseguests have nominated, as a group...Niesha.

[The houseguests breathe easily for the most part. Simon's expression doesn't change as he remains oblivious that he could have been nominated. Niesha stands up, fighting back tears, and puts her key in one of the slots.]

[Image: joelicon.jpg] Joel: Okay, uh...that's it. Meeting adjourned.

[Image: nieshaicon.jpg] Niesha (Diary Room): I know everyone says I'm not going anywhere, but I just feel so uneasy right now. Why did *I* have to go up? Why ME? It's not fair!

[Image: savannahicon.jpg] Savannah (Diary Room): I think Joel took the easy out this time. He thinks I'll be a pushover in this game. He's gonna regret underestimating me.

[Image: debbieicon.jpg] Debbie (Diary Room): I don't care how much I have to grit my teeth and get along with people. I will stay in this game. Savannah or Niesha is leaving. Not me. I guarantee it.

[Image: bigbrothericon.jpg] Big Brother: How will the the house react to the nominations? Who wins the Power of Veto and will they use it? Find out this and more next time on Big Brother 8!

I'm actually writing 1.3 of BB10, so I have two completed seasons done already. (Though I can't tell all the credit, my friend Tom co-writes it all)
