I guess it depends on which site is more creditable. I would take MFG's word for it personally, but I dunno. Either way, the image in the link you provided seems better than the smaller one provided above IMO. ^_^

I suggest getting something that is similar, because it's impossible to make a good sig like that. Unless of course, if you give me the episode number in which raspberry appeared, and I'll get you some pics. So, what episode was he in?

The second image is impossible to use, because he's carrying Bulma. And if you remove here, the full Raspberry won't magically appear you know.
