Actually the hair is probably ok, it looks like it could just be dark due to shadows imo.

I know you said leave it for Admin Burter, but I wanted to put in my opinion, cuz...well, I feel like it. I think that it's pretty close to looking like Kirano, especially the fact that we let the other ones use Cloud. Final Fantasy tends to make most of their lead hero's look all the same =P.
