I suggest a Chubbs World Martial Arts Tournament with a twist.
I was thinking we could have two powerful NPCs announce their interest in running a tournament where they can decide which of them has a better eye for talent and ability. They would each recruit a team of people. Within the tournament, each fighter only fights people from the other team (like the contender). Whichever team wins gets a nice purse (awarded in the order that the teammates finished in the tournament). There can even also be just general top 5 place winnings as well.
