You just wrote an extensive complaint on lighting factors in one scene of the movie.

So to get this straight, you think that the producers should have skimped out on high budget effects and visualization to allow the viewer to imagine the action, instead of seeing it, when this movie was predominantly an action flick?

I fail to see the logic.

It wasn't just the lighting, it was the whole scene; the dialog, the context, and the action.

Seriously, Batman is supposed to be a detective, and in this film he resorts to slapstick-style violence during an interrogation? And the interrogation itself is exemplary of how crude this film was. When you have a scene that goes something along the lines of, "Question: why is [blank] happening?; Answer: plot point", it's because you've failed to convey a coherent progression of the plot up to that point, and now you are backed into the corner where the only way out is to redirect the film with naked exposition. How any of you guys enjoyed this movie is simply beyond me.
