Uh, I believe it was working yesterday, considering that I went to it yesterday and it was fine.
Just because you don't have any points doesn't mean the training script isn't work. In the staff control panel, a staff member has to hit a button that will run the training script, thus giving you your points for the week.
18 simply hadn't gotten around to doing it yet, which is why you didn't have any points. She did it late last night tho, so you should have some now.
