Immaterial Questions

1) Making an inanimate object Immaterial would require a Custom Tech. I don't imagine it would be overly expensive, but it's tough to say without seeing the exact wording of what you want it to do. Making an animate object (or to be more contextual, an object with large amounts of ki coursing through it) Immaterial would be significantly more expensive; any animate object would suffer the same side-effects from being Immaterial.

2) Making a specific part of your body Immaterial will be a cheap Custom Tech. Rose did the same thing with Invulnerability.
