Nope.

I never played Chrono Trigger on SNES, so I figured I'd pick it up for my DS. I'm at the underwater palace part or whatever, and I'm very fucking annoyed. These mobs aren't hard or anything, but it really annoys the shit out of me that I HAVE to bring the inventor chick (I called her "Four-I") to kill the weak-to-fire-magic mobs or spend like six turns whacking on them to kill them.

That's just straight up fucking annoying. It made me put the game down last week, and I haven't picked it up since.

Why didn't you bring Magus!?

Not only is he the coolest character in the game, but he has a spell for every occasion.

Bring Crono for lightning, Marle/Frog for ice or water, and then Magus just Fire2's the last guy into smithereens. No Lucca, no problem.

EDIT: Kaden, in some of the official artwork, Magus can also look almost exactly like Vegeta. I'd wager he was a cross between the two.
