He's not 'back'. If the match would happen it'd be a one time deal type of thing. That considered, Austin hasn't wrestled in 6 years and Hogan's way past his prime. I'm not saying the match wouldn't draw huge money, it'd probably be the biggest thing since Hogan/Andre, but the quality come bell time probably wouldn't be up to par. Austin had said on numerous times if he ever were to have one last match he'd want it to be worth it. Thinking like that the odds of Austin coming back for one last hoorah against someone like Cena or Orton, someone younger who could carry a bit of his weight so to speak, are a lot more likely than taking the big money risk against Hogan.

Hogan vs Austin would be one for the fans. Big bucks. You know how desperate WWE can get these days, especially since Pro Wrestling is on a decline.
