I think this has been said multiple times, but for the purposes of this RPG, the term "Changeling" applies to any character that can change their shape at will. This includes Zarbon, Garlic Jr., Frieza, KC, Koola, etc. Characters that had to absorb others to transform are not considered "changelings," but are referred to as "humans". The term "human" means anyone that, by the nature of their race, does not have the potential to transform.
There are only two exceptions to the above rules, those being Cell and Metal Koola. Cell's exception was to avoid him needing to abosrb other characters to use the transformations he was created to have, and Metal Koola's exception was (Help me out with this one, Trunks) simply his own chopice to be considered a changeling instead of an android.
Spiritken (doesn't Seiki mean "Spirit Energy" instead of just "Spirit"?) is only avaliable to humans and is completely and 100% made up.
Kaioken is avaliable to anyone who is given permission to train with Kaiousama.
Super Kaioken is only avaliable to humans who, after learning Kaioken, experience a scene of rage.
Is anything else unclear, in any way, about races or racial abilities?
