I don't think anything expensive. They've stated that they want it to be convenient enough that people aren't hearthing in a raid to respec for fights, but inconvenient enough to keep people from just kaleidoscoping their spec around in a fight. I like the inscription implementation though, that's a good way of doing it.

If you mean the initial "unlock your second spec" fee though, no idea. Hopefully not another 1000g. I would expect around the old 50g, max.
