Looks fine. You filled everything out. You do have a few spelling and grammatical errors, but nothing that can't be fixed with a little practice or Microsoft Word. We're going to have to change your username, too. You can make it either Toturak or Sparrow, whichever your character will most be called. I'll go ahead and activate you and get your stuff set up.
