There's also a slight terminology change. People complete either "Jobs" or "Quests."
Quests have nothing to do with your profession, but you want money for them anyway. If you're a bricklayer and you want zeni for assassinating a head-of-state, call it a Quest.
Jobs are the quests that are part of your profession and count towards increasing your Rank. If you're a Bricklayer and you build a wall, call it a Job.
