A blast from Frieza was enough to cut through planet crust almost instantly and fry a planet's core. In fact, it was because he held back too much that the planet didn't instantly explode.

I'm reasonably sure Goku's Kamehameha would plow right through the eye beams, absorb them, then plow Superman straight through a mountain.

Of course, if this were pre-Crisis Supes, he would just fly back in time after the fight, and counter everything that Goku did.
