Correct, which is why Tactic's was made a custom tech. It was to limit Vad's ability to do it naturally with MAS on board. (I believe.) I forget the logic Kaden gave me.

Again I hate using myself as an example, but I didn't know of any other instance where I could have drawn conclusions from. =/
