Harley Quinn's a butterface.
Anyway, I think those ratings were deserved. Everything from the graphics to the voice acting to the character designs were remarkably well-done. Scarecrow's my personal favorite--if someone ever did to me what Scarecrow did to Batman, I'm pretty sure I'd shit my pants.
Admittedly, the actual gameplay is probably the game's weak point. There are plenty of things that make it diverse enough to warrant the 20+ hour gameplay, but in the end, it's still a button-masher at heart.
Besides, Steven Blum lends his voice in this game. That alone makes it worth at least a rental to me.
