I see people in the Custom Tech Approval thread making techniques to weave together their standard techs and abilities. Is this really necessary? I figured if I have the techs I could use them however I wanted. Of course they all have their limits, but I am meaning in the combo area.
If I don't create a custom tech am I really not allowed to combine my current abilities?
