Hmmm Charles has Inner Strength and Stealth.
While I'm not sure what I.S. can do other then the CA thing, I would have to wonder, what he'd use Stealth with? I mean while I have a lot of idea's for it, most of them I'm sure I'd have to make a Custom for.
Like making regular energy invisible, or certain attacks.
I mean if another had E.K.-Wind and they tried to use something similiar to Fiend Wind, without purchasing a Custom, I'd be a bit bothered by it.
So I'm confused/intrigued and wonder what he is thinking about using with those abilities?
