Ok... this has already been stated by nthree other staff members. I don't know why people are still asking about it.
Oosaru = Giant monkey... end of story.
You either transform into the giant ape, or your don't, regardless of whether you have control over it or not. There's no half-way... there's no anything other than the giant ape.
