Yes. I agree here. But I don't see where the comment has any validity. "Leveling is part of that content". Yes, its is PART of that content. The point is to provide a lot of content so that people can play and enjoy any amount of it that they desire to, be it just leveling to 80, or hitting 80 + raiding + getting world firsts, or even achievement farming or sitting there playing the Auction House. Its for people of all sorts of play styles.
So if hitting 80 was, as Jack alluded, what should be "the end of the game", then only those who play just to hit level caps would have gotten what they wanted from it. That DOES sidestep the point of the game (addressing a broader audience than that) as well as another point of the game (providing content to keep people subscribing).
