I hate Verizon and their India Tech Support.
Due to the Christmas holiday, Verizon must have had a surge in new customers with internet access whether it be for their consoles or PC/Laptops, either way they must not have made enough room on their router routes along their lines and caused major clusterfuck of packets.
Of course I was one of the long term customers who's router route was getting assfucked and tried to call the Indian Tech Support who had no clue what I was talking about when I requested to have my route path changed.
Eventually I got him to transfer me to his Supervisor who knew what I was talking about and 3 hours later... BANG.
All fixed.
