Flavor-wise, I think Nissa's the coolest. Unfortunately, she's not a very practical Planeswalker unless you have tons of one type of creature. I imagine a Merfolk or a Goblin Planeswalker would be just as effective.
My personal favorite is Chandra Ablaze (the new version of the otherwise awful Chandra Nalaar). At first it was just because she was the first one I ever pulled, but being able to draw cards and force discards is something that you don't usually get with a red deck, so I appreciate the utility she offers.
