Its a retarded ass dumb reason, but it is a reason regardless.

That reason is because "white people racist and be oppressin' and shit" if they say it.

That said, I do agree that the actual definition doesn't apply only to black people. But there are a lot of words that you can use as defined and someone else is going to apply a different definition to it and make claims based on the altered definition, so I would have to agree with both of you.
