Honestly speaking as a rogue, the changes are most likely going to make people cry even more. The old idea of rogues is that they're like tissues that cover your face, making you unable to breathe and see until you die. Now they're going to make us towels. Beware!
Without a lame metaphor, yes they're adding Cheap Shot to the global cooldown, but you all forget that we needed to keep targets stunlocked to effectively not die. Combined with the new ability to switch combo points from one target to another, perhaps we wont even need Cheap Shot to open up anymore and it opens up a whole new array of 'FUCK YOU 21k DAMAGE AMBUSH' with the Ambush not needing daggers anymore. I quite like the new changes. Don't get me wrong, I loved that rogues were tactical n' shit but I hated the fact mages were always able to outshine us because if you played well on that, you could effectively never die until you did something wrong (or the other team basically won in numbers). Rogues tended to be shafted along half-way because we took too much damage.
EDIT: Also that mushroom better be one fucking mushroom at a time. No cooldown and it's instantly cast with 40 yard ranges with damage 'very effective against single target'?
