Transformation Question

As far as your layer of energy thing goes, like, you just want to use ki control to sheath yourself in energy? That should be alright, depending on how the tech is phrased. I mean, ultimately we'd have to see it to see if it would be considered op or whatever.

I'm not thinking tech, I'm thinking transformation (power-up). I've discussed using a number of triggers to unleash the transformation, but I envision the trigger causing him to almost double-over in pain, and start trembling all over, and then have his body (unwillingly) shoot into an erect position and slowly start augmenting itself with his energy, turning him into a man coated in energy, a walking weapon.

But i don't want to purchase a power-up before my idea is approved, ya dig?
