A lot of times these kinds of allergies can be "worked through" over long periods of time using low level exposures and etc. I used to literally be allergic to the sun, but no longer. I got over it by being exposed to the sun a lot.
Photosensitive. My hands and arms are like that. I break out in itchy hives in the sun. I am a vampire.
