I'm sure it says something about this SOMEWHERE, but I'm curious what the conversion between PL and CA is. I mean, they're totally different numbers as far as what they mean in the fluff, whereas PL is a measurement of ki and energy and all that shit, and CA is the basic raw "I can kick your ass" score that takes everything into account, but are they similar at least? Like, could I compare Vic's score to Goku when he gets scouted at the very beginning of the series?

Just curious. I mean it'd help, ME at least, with writing my characters with an appropriate amount of power.
