Aight. So, as far as I see it, when Victoria finally posts enough to get to 1 million, it'll be like... Goku at the beginnin of Frieza saga or maybe at the very end of the fight with the Veg master. That is the absolute top cap of the proposed PLs, when you start to like... for serious F Shizz up to tha max.
EDIT: Ok, I meant like, a million exageratively. More like 50k or something else huge and difficult to reach. That seems to fit the scaling more. And is like... you know, actually POSSIBLE.
