Removal of Combat Ability

I see that as more of a CA nerf than anything. Could do essentially the same thing by chopping down the CA boost per post, which runs the risk of prolific posters feeling like they're not going anywhere if every new guy starts 10% lower than their character they've already written thousands of words developing.

Edit: not that I've ever been any kind of active poster, just, as always, posting my thought process.
