You also make it sound like the professor would give a shit if a student switched to a class taught by someone else. If you're bothered by it, you should do just that; just don't make it sound like it'll make a difference to her, because it won't.
I won't be disrespecting her by calling her miss...if she wants to spend time correcting me I won't mind but theres a 99.99% chance that I'll keep calling her miss.
I get wanting respect for hard work, a title isn't going to grant her immortality among the gods of Valhalla or make her any cuter or slimmer. And frankly out of habit and manners I always call my professors Miss or Mister. 'Yeah I make it a point to tell my students to call me doctor because damn it that's what I fucking am!'. I spent ten years of my life collecting pokemon, getting badges and whooping gym leaders asses. I wanna be called Master!
