I see, so if someone were to possess Ki Control, they are free to utilize that power to blast the opponent with, say, a Ki Blast. However if they actually have Ki Blast as a Custom Technique, the potency is far more powerful. Is that correct?
And yeah I noticed that in the description for Telekinesis, but still thought it to be useful in the hands of a creative mind. For example, you may not be able to damage the foe but you can still hinder there vision momentarily by telekinetically tossing a veil of dirt in front of them.
EDIT: I also realize that this system has been implemented for quite a long time now, so I'm not expecting to come in here and single-handedly attempt to change it based on my own opinion. I just wanted to bring it to light. =D
