Mkay I definitely understand it better now, and the logic of it all does make sense.
I hate to use myself as an example because it gives the impression of being biased, but...well, here we go. XD
I have Fire Control as an Ability. Now, since with Ki Control (Which is just a Technique mind you, not even an Ability) you can perform basic impact attacks, would I be allowed to perform a flamethrower-esque attack without requiring a Custom Technique for it? Also, would something like covering my fist in flames and punching the opponent require a Custom Tech?
