At the end of each Cycle, each thread receives an update based on what the characters in it are doing. Sometimes the updates are significant changes to the entire invasion and sometimes they're just there to allow a situation to continue developing. Additionally, they may contain buffs or debuffs depending on the actions a character took in a given scenario.
