She was tiring quicker and more esier then she should have. Her banged were matted down on her forehead from perspiration, and had her skin not been light in color, she'd have looked a bit pale. Her breathing was heavy, and she couldn't seem to get it under control. It was the poisoned curse, she knew. She had been doing her best to hide it from Maleficus by giving her all in battle. She was determined to do her job, and no risk to her own life would stop her from assisting and protecting her Master. It was her job and it was what she lived, and would die for.
Maleficus appeared down the hallway motioning for the Horsmen Unit to hurry their way. Through it all, her own weariness and worry, she had to smile as her device worked and fit the Imperfect Namekian with pure profection. Most would think that he looked vile and wicked, but to the Servus Maid, he was beautiful in a sense that it was almost a work of art. The scythe straped to his wrist looked as if it might intimidate another and possibly even distract them and assist the Jade Fiend in handling a foe with more ease.
Killing wasn't her first option in battle, but it was at times the easiest way for the Renegade to complete a goal. She had tried to attempt to adapt his manner, but it wasn't always easy. As she had took the lives of the invaders she kept reminding herself that they were after her Master and meant to harm the innocent. It was kill or be killed, and dying while not defending Maleficus Nova was not in her job description. She had to wonder though, what exactly was the reason behind it all, why did the Yellow Clad Invaders come?

As the group reached the Renegade warrior, they peered into a room in which he had found. It was rather large with Machines with an array of colorful tubes protruding from many machines. The machines of course hardly made much more then a low quiet hum. Had you been use to it, you probably wouldn't even notice it. The Namekian who took the lead deeper in the room, while Talysyn, Tamsin, Desoin, and three others followed as well. The remainder stood outside doing their best to mimic the post stance from which they had noted of others they had passed them.
"What is this place", Tamsin asked. It was mesmerizing to her and she felt as if she couldn't take her eyes from it.
"Paradise." Talysyn answered. "Think of how pretty it will look when it blows up. It could be my best work!" The comment drew a look from Tamsin, but the explosive expert didn't even notice. Tamsin couldn't understand the girl her self. She knew she had been molded for this type of thing, almost like Maleficus Nova had been molded to be, what he had been to be. She wanted to snap at the bomber girl but she knew it would just create hosility and animosity, and that was something they didn't need on this mission.
"This is an engine room", Desoin answered the original question as he tinkered with a nearby panel, mashing buttons around on a touch screen monitor. The raven haired Mystic seemed to be getting a handle on thier technology and their language, and she knew that it had to be tough for anyone to do such a thing while interacting in their conditions and only do it in their head. The Mystic's, were a very peculiar and unique race though, and she could honestly understand why their remnants of their race hid themselves from time.
"An engine room?" Mal Nova had to question. "Not the engine room?" The White armored warrior nodded without looking towards him. Desoin knew the transmission the Mercenary had gotten, by linking up telepathically with him. He knew that the second groups plans had been to locate and destroy the engine. It was the only transmission they had received, but now there seemed to be a glitch in their plan. There was more then just a single engine room.
"Seems there is a main one located near the front of the ship, as well as four others that are actually in the area." Desoin was actually happy with him self as he gave the answer because he thought he hadn't come close to understanding their communications at all. Thw Mystic didn't stop working at all, how ever, he kept looking through things trying to get an even better handle on it all.
Mal Nova only watched him for a moment, before he turned and started investigating. Each neon colored tube lead to the ceiling and seemed to find its other counterparts of the same and trail in a single direction. into a wall. The Renegade moved through the room, having never seen such technology before and had to wonder what would happen if one of the tubes were broken. He shook his head quietly as he resisted, but could only ponder. He would find out some how.
"The Main Engine is that way, I'll assume?" Mal looked to the Mystic, who met his eyes then followed his gaze to the ceiling. Desoin could only nod as he turned back to observe the schematics. The Jade Fiend had to wonder exactly how far the main engine was from there current location. He asked and Desoin explained that they were just past midway of the ship. In the Mystics words, they were just above the gut, but below the breast.
Nova nodded and turned his head towards Talysyn, who had just approached him. She unzipped a pouch and removed one of the many capsules and fingered it for a moment before pressing the button that would unlock its true form. She held her palm out, as it made a popping sound and decompressed. When it was done, in her hand was a hand held putty explosive with a small bit of circuitry encompassing the top with an antennae protruding outward.
"Are you sure this will work?" Maleficus had to ask as he looked down skeptically at the small device.
The fiery bomb expert furrowed her brow at the comment,"It will work. I made the compound mixture myself and have tested a few dozen of them while we waited for you to open the portal and summon us."
A few of the Mystics that had heard her comments glanced at each other and shuddered. They had witnessed her testing out first hand, and one of them wanted to shout that it was true and that they would have come with more guardians had she not tested her exploding devices on half of them. The elvish warrior only bit his tongue though, because just before their summoning, she had began joking about how she could strap the bombs on the remaining warriors and guardians, and let them run to important areas of the ship in a kamikaze type ordeal. And there was part of him that really believed she would.
Maleficus knew his words had hurt the lass, but he wasn't much on apologies and instead, took the device and examined it, or pretended to. On the bottom he noticed a small tab mike deive and him fingered it for a moment, noticing that it could slide out. It looked similar to C-4, but the color was red instead of the normal grayish-green type he had seen before. He knew that if he asked if it was actually C-$, that he would only further insult the young comrade. He noted as well that the bottom also seemed to have a unique adhesive to it as well, and only looked up when she began to speak again.
"It's concentrated and the hundred I have are more then enough to create a pretty explosion. Once the tab is pulled the adhesive will activate, along with the count down. All bombs need to be placed by then and off your possession, because it only takes one tab pulled to activate them all, even in their capsules. Same with the adhesive." She smiled at her explanation, but her eyes lit up as she remembered something else. "Oh and there are no timers on the bombs, just in case the enemy finds them, like on television, but a timer will appear on everyone's communicator bands."
She looked eagerly up into his eyes with a smile of satisfaction. The Rogue saw the twinkle in her and curuiousity made him look down to his own band communicator and realized that the small timer was ticking down. They now had under fifty eight minutes to do what had to be done and get off of the ship. He let out a low growl and turned his head to those behind him, "We have to get a move on it! Now!"
