Yeah, it helps the special roles to find the Mafia. Unless, 1) they are killed like Leo was or 2) their choices are as large as they are now. By your logic about lynching on day 1, the Sheriff only has a 1 in 4 chance of picking a Mafia correctly, and if he dares to share his knowledge, then his neck is on the line. If he waits until he knows the identities of all three, probability states that by that time it will be too late to do anything.
Also, having less people who might be Mafia doesn't help anyone? At all? Math would say that the less options someone has the more likely he or she is to be correct in their assumptions. But hey, I'm no math major either. If you think the strategy we used last time was flawed, let me know. When I voted for lynching last time, I did so without using what Moyki said about the Who's Online deal. Hell, I was PMing Meer on who to save. Using Moyki's method, I'd have been lynched on like the 2nd day.
Still, do what you guys want to. I'm not in charge of nothing, and I'm not Mafia. Of course, saying so is pretty much worthless, since no real Mafia member would admit to it. So, like I said, do what you guys want. I just refuse to vote No Lynch unless it's already a given that it'll happen. While we may kill an innocent townie by lynching, we might also get a real Mafia member which helps us. Why not take our chances while we still have a significant number advantage over the Mafia?
