Diet and exercise. Mostly cardio, like jogging. I'm also doing the South Beach, and my carb intake has decreased dramatically.
EDIT: I'm dieting and exercising because at the start of this diet I was pushing nearly 600 pounds, and if I kept this up I'd die at the age of 25. So, instead of death, I took the option of suffering through a low-carb diet and some 15-minute exercise. It sucked at first, but I feel a lot better for it.
