It's true, I watched this story on the news about how if you visualize eating a giant hamburger, like every single bite in great detail, so you trick your brain into thinking you did actually eat one, you will be less likely to have cravings for a giant hamburger or other "bad" foods/feel full somehow while trying to diet and lose weight.
