I can see how one might interpret those comments that way when those phrases are meant to support just themselves, but I felt the overall context showed a more general response, from my point of view. Simply asserting something in a way that shows that you have a strong opinion of something, or even just using specific key phrasing that you've just picked up (like all the girls that always say "Hun" at the end of everything - to me, it comes off a bit conceited and condescending, but I know that's not the intent) is what I felt she had done.
I don't know. I just didn't view her post as having any malice whatsoever but more feeling strongly about her rebuttal itself - even considering that you had agreed with her. Though, as with any text forum, it comes down to knowing the person behind the post and when they tend to actually start getting in the attacking mode. (There are a couple of people here, and on any forum, where just one post and I'm like "Oh HELLLLL no" or "Where the fuck did that come from?", but that's a built up response to those people over the years.)
