The movie is called "The Music Factory", and they have a fake website about it:

Traceroute confirms that the origin of arkmusicfactory.com is San Jose, California. If what I've read is right they're based out LA and it would make more sense for them to have servers in San Jose than the site being faked.
If it were faked I'd hit a bouncer or something.
ArkMusicFactory is a record label founded last year. This explains why the site looks new and why Black's mom was able to afford getting the song made.
