So where in this tooltip does it say that interrupting a boss in a heroic is going to help you win the fight?

And where in this one does it say that using this ability will help you be able to deal with large mobs more effectively if you use it on one guy to not have to deal with him until later?

I think you overestimate people's understanding of abilities and when to use them in WoW.

So... let me understand this. Your argument is "The tooltips do not specifically tell you a list of every situation to cast the spells in, so they should nerf the content back to aoe grinding all instances"? They can't just say "Interrupts the opponent" and should instead say "Interrupts the opponent's spell, THIS WILL HELP YOU DEFEAT HIM." Or else they should nerf the content to compensate for this.
